There’s a magic hidden in the Holiday Season that gives me the inspiration I need to create a plethora of things in a short amount of time. Let’s discuss some reasons why I believe this magic happens and what I’ve created with all that inspiration.

I am going to look at every item I own in my bedroom and then my home office to determine what brings me joy and value in my life and what doesn’t. This process I am going to label as “The Things I Carry” series and each post will be either about a single item or a group of items that I will catalogue and critique.

Today we’ll discuss how one of their many programs, Google Photos, changes my life. As I mentioned in my article about Minimalism, I was attempting to brainstorm ways to be more conscious of what I owned and used on a daily basis.

To me, minimalism is owning possessions with a purpose. Every item you own has a purpose and a reason for existing in your life. In my opinion minimalism isn’t always about not having much, it’s about knowing what you have and having a purpose of having it in your life.

New York Comic Con, or NYCC for short, is an annual convention that is held at the Javits Center for fans of ‘popular media’ to meet up and share their passions. These are my thoughts and opinions on New York Comic Con 2018 as a frequent attendee and crew member.

I have been using MealPal for two months

MealPal, for those of you who cook and take your leftovers to work, is a subscription based service that allows you to order food from participating restaurants in the NYC area. MealPal is a godsend for people who have the following three traits: You can’t cook, you work in NYC, you are indecisive as heck.

My boyfriend and I decided to get into the fish keeping hobby. By recently, I mean since the beginning of August. We started out with two small beta tanks purchased at PetCo, moved to a 3-gallon cylindrical tank, and now have settled with a comfortable 10-gallon tank.

Have you ever played the Game Boy Advanced? It was this handheld console created in the early 2000s that was an upgrade from the Game Boy Color. This device was 'backward compatible' which meant that it played the games from both the Game Boy and the Game Boy Color, but it also had its own Game Boy Advanced games. 

I bring it up because not only do both the Advanced Course by Landmark and the Game Boy Advanced have the word 'advanced' in their names, but because the comparisons between the two can help you see through my eyes how I felt about the course. Yes, be prepared to learn about Landmark from a gamer's perspective.
